Capturing Enquiries from Landing Pages

Fortuna's inbuilt email client allows you to capture enquiries directly into the database thus ensuring you do not lose a lead. Enquiries can be allocated to agents on an equal distribution basis or manually allocated one at a time. The enquiry is created in the database as a buyer and also linked to the property it was made on. Fortuna's smart relational linking means that the same client can be linked to several properties at once. Each enquiry made also gets recorded in the correspondence log of the client.
