Wednesday, October 12, 2011 -- LakeSide IT Solutions, a Sydney-based IT development company, today launched a free real estate CRM application (www.freerealestatecrm.com) specifically designed for agents.
The application gives real estate agents and administrators the ability to maintain a database of their buyers and sellers, set their motivation levels, categorise them into profiles, contact groups, and store their requirements. It includes powerful search functions and an inbuilt word processor with mail merge functions.
The free version has no record or time limits and provides an advanced tool to quickly import client information from other databases. There are also special provisions built into the application to ensure the agent is ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority) compliant when communicating with their clients.
